These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Hulumticket bus booking platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Booking and Ticket Issuance
Ticket availability depends on real-time seat status. A booking is considered confirmed only after successful completion of the booking flow and issuance of a booking reference.
2. Passenger Information Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate passenger details during booking, including name and phone number. Incorrect details may affect boarding, transfer, or support processing.
3. Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Requests
Fare amounts, service charges, and payment methods are shown at booking time. Cancellation and refund requests are subject to operator policy and review workflows in the system.
4. Date Change and Ticket Transfer Requests
Date change and ticket transfer actions may require additional verification and approval. Requests can be limited to one-time submission depending on ticket status and operational rules.
5. Boarding and Travel Responsibility
Passengers should arrive before departure time with valid booking details and any required identification. Hulumticket facilitates booking and coordination; transport operations are delivered by assigned operators.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hulumticket is not liable for delays, route changes, cancellations, or other operational events caused by transport operators, weather, road conditions, or force majeure.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
